flecha From Retiro Station

If you arrive to Buenos Aires in bus or in train, you will find yourself in Retiro Station. This is a busy and crowded place; before leaving your bus or train make sure to take normal traveling precautions, like making sure that your wallet is in a safe location (not your back pocket) and that your bags are organized.

Subte: There is a line C terminal inside the train station, or from the bus station you will make a right as you leave the main door and then walk about a block (in the direction of the large bell tower). Take line C and get off at Diagonal Norte. When you exit the subway you will be looking at the Obelisco and standing near the intersection of Corrientes and Carlos Pelligrini. Walk up Carlos Pelligrini (numbers rising) for three blocks, until you reach Viamonte Street. Turn right, we are half a block down on the left hand side.

Bus: 6, 23, 26, 28, 45, 50, 56, 61, 62, 91, 126
You will need to ask the bus driver where to get off, each line takes a different route. You will be within 5 blocks of the school and can ask for directions. It is roughly a 10 min. bus ride. Remember that you must have coins to take the bus.

Taxi: A taxi will cost approximately 15 pesos.
 
flecha From Palermo

Subte:
Line D has stops three stops in Palermo. Each is located along the street Santa Fe. One is called “Palermo”, at the intersection of Santa Fe and Bullrich. The next is “Plaza Italia” at Santa Fe and Av. Sarmiento. “Scalabrini Ortiz” is located at Scalabrini Ortiz and Santa Fe. You will get off the subway at the Diagonal Norte stop. When you exit the subway you will be at the corner of Suipacha and Sarmiento. Walk up Suipacha (numbers rising) for four blocks until you reach Viamonte. Turn left, we are half a block down, on the right.

Bus: 29, 39, 64, 140, 152    
The 29 bus goes down Santa Fe and will take you to the Obelisco, get off at the intersection of Carlos Pelligrini and Corrientes. Walk up Carlos Pelligrini (numbers rising) for three blocks, until you reach Viamonte. Turn right, we are half a block down on the left hand side.

The 39 bus goes down Federico Lacroze to Charlone, then to Castillo, Ravignani, and later Santa Fe. You can get on it at any of these locations, and will get off at Talcahuano and Viamonte. Walk down Viamonte (numbers descending), cross 9 de Julio, and you will find us on the other side.

The 64 bus goes down Luis Maria Campos until it reaches Santa Fe, then continues down Santa Fe. Get off at Hipólito Yrigoyen and Tacuari. Tacuari will change its name to Suipacha when you cross Rivadavia, walk up Suipacha 8 blocks until you reach Viamonte, then turn left and you will find us half a block up on the right.  

The 140 bus goes down Cnel. Niceto Vega and will take you directly to the school. You will be on Viamonte Street, get off when you cross 9 de Julio.

The 152 bus goes down Santa Fe and will take you to Carlos Pelligrini. Get off at Carlos Pelligrini and Santa Fe and walk down Carlos Pelligrini (numbers descending) until you reach Viamonte.

Taxi: A taxi will cost between 20 and 25 pesos.

 

flecha From Belgrano

Subte: Line D has 4 stops in Belgrano. Each is located along Cabildo. One is “Juramento” at the corner of Juramento, the next is “José Hernández” at Av. Los Incas, the third is “Olleros” at Federico Lacroze, and the fourth is “Ministro Carranza” at Dorrego. You will get off the subway at the Diagonal Norte stop. When you exit the subway you will be at the corner of Suipacha and Sarmiento. Walk up Suipacha (numbers rising) for four blocks until you reach Viamonte. Turn left, we are half a block down, on the right.

Bus: 29, 64, 140, 152
The 29 bus goes down Cabildo in Belgrano. It will take you to the Obelisco, get off at the intersection of Carlos Pelligrini and Corrientes. Walk up Carlos Pelligrini (numbers rising) for three blocks, until you reach Viamonte Street. Turn right, we are half a block down on the left hand side.

The 64 bus starts in Barracas de Belgrano, at Juramento and the railroad tracks. Get off at Hipólito Yrigoyen and Tacuari. Tacuari will change its name to Suipacha when you cross Rivadavia, walk up Suipacha 8 blocks until you reach Viamonte, then turn left and you will find us half a block up on the right. 

The 140 bus goes down Av. Alvarez Thomas until it reaches Av. Federico Lacroze, you can get on it on either of these streets. It will eventually take you down Viamonte directly to the school, get off when you cross 9 de Julio.

The 152 bus goes down Cabildo. Get off at Carlos Pelligrini and Santa Fe and walk down Carlos Pelligrini (numbers descending) until you reach Viamonte.

Taxi: A taxi will cost between 30 and 35 pesos.

 

flecha From San Telmo

Subte: Line C runs along 9 de Julio and has two stops near San Telmo. One is “Independencia” at Independencia and Carlos Pelligrini, the other is “Moreno” at Belgrano and Carlos Pelligrini. Get off at the stop Lavalle. Walk up Maipu (numbers rising) for a block and a half, until you reach Viamonte. Turn left, we are one and a half a blocks away on the left hand side.

Bus: 10, 17, 29, 59, 152
Lines 10 and 17 go down Piedras, which turns into Maipu. Get off at Maipu and Viamonte, turn left, and we are one and a half a blocks away, on the right hand side.

Line 29 goes down Defensa and later turns onto Sarmiento. Get off the bus before crossing 9 de Julio, you will walk four blocks from Sarmiento to Viamonte along Carlos Pelligrini (numbers rising).  Turn right, we are half a block down on the left hand side.

Line 59 goes from San Telmo to the center along Piedras/Maipu. Get off at Viamonte, turn left onto Viamonte, and walk up (numbers rising) for a block and a half. 

Line 152 goes along Paseo Colon. Get off at San Martin and Viamonte, walk up Viamonte (numbers rising) for four and a half blocks, you will find us on the right hand side.

Taxi: A taxi will cost approximately 15 pesos.
