Our Spanish and Tango in Buenos Aires special package includes two weeks of intensive immersion group Spanish courses (4 hours/day, Monday through Friday), two weeks of tango lessons with an excellent and experienced teacher at an esteemed dance center for tango in Argentina (two individual and four group lessons), and accommodation in a shared appartment with a native speaker. Learning tango in Buenos Aires and participating in this Expanish special package is an excellent way to practice and truly learn Spanish in Argentina.

Your Spanish and Tango in Buenos Aires program will include private tango lessons, where you will be taught basic dance steps by a highly trained and experienced tango professor. Your teacher will not only teach you the basic moves but will also enable you to connect to the rhythm and feeling of tango music and thus the culture of tango in Argentina. In your group classes twice a week, you will be able to share your first tango steps with your classmates, supporting and encouraging each others’ progress and comfort in a fun and enjoyable environment. Each group class is one hour and a half, and each private class is one hour, with one private and two group classes per week. All are taught in Spanish to further ensure practical experience with that language so you can truly learn Spanish in Argentina. By learning the tango in Buenos Aires, you will undoubtedly not only have the opportunity to learn Spanish but will also gain an insider perspective on porteño language and culture.

    When walking down the streets of Buenos Aires, talking with locals, or socializing in a bar, students studying Spanish in Buenos Aires will quickly realize that there are words being used that are unrecognizable to them.
