The Spanish and TEFL special package includes a four week TEFL course, four weeks of intensive immersion group Spanish courses (4 hours/day, Monday through Friday taught at the Expanish Spanish School), and eight weeks of  accommodation in a shared appartment with a native speaker. Spanish and TEFL gives you all the training you need for teaching English in Buenos Aires, while simultaneously providing you with the opportunity to learn Spanish and experience Argentine culture.

At the end of the four week TEFL course you will receive a TEFL/TESOL certificate that is recognized internationally, providing you with all the material and resources you need for teaching English in Buenos Aires or anywhere in the world. In this extensive TEFL training program you will practice your newfound teaching and grammar skills and will become qualified to teach students of every English level from any linguistic background. Your TEFL course will qualify you to teach English abroad, enabling you to make a living or just earn some extra spending money by teaching English in Buenos Aires or anywhere across the globe! By complementing your TEFL course with intensive Spanish classes and an Argentine homestay on our Spanish and TEFL program, not only are you enabled to teach English but you are also given the unique opportunity to simultaneously immerse yourself in the language and culture of Buenos Aires and Argentina.

  • Add a Little 'Lunfardo' to Your Spanish Immersion Courses in Buenos Aires

    When walking down the streets of Buenos Aires, talking with locals, or socializing in a bar, students studying Spanish in Buenos Aires will quickly realize that there are words being used that are unrecognizable to them. These words are most likely lunfardo, or in English, slang. In Buenos Aires lunfardo is used frequently, and like the rest of the Spanish language, students learning Spanish in Buenos Aires will learn these words through practice.
